Your brain doesn’t multi-task well.  You’ve lots on your to-do list but take it one step at a time.  Break you work time and focus on 20 minute intervals.  Do not allow interruptions.  Turn off your phone and everything else and work with focus for 20 minutes.  When your timer goes off.  Get up a walk around.  Then come back figure out what is next and set the timer again.

Its more health to take a break every 20 minutes and get up from your desk than it is to sit at a computer all day.  With focus you will get more done.
